We represent individuals detained in the custody of Department of Homeland Security throughout the United States. We represent them for custody and bond determination before the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE/DRO) wing of the Department of Homeland Security and for bond re-determination hearings before the Immigration Courts of the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
United States immigration laws have changed dramatically over the past years. These changes are most noticeable in the area of detention and deportation/removal of non-citizens with criminal convictions. Nowadays, an ever increasing list of crimes make immigrants including lawful permanent residents (green card holders) subject to mandatory detention and removal.
